I hope there might be a spot on
your site where this photo of the Portales Concert band could be posted.
I would love to find out the other
men’s names. The one with the “X” is
Francis Roy Epperson. This photo
was taken in front of the courthouse
and that is all I know. The photo had to be taken sometime before
1918 as
